to Control, to Use such greater energies and energy systems as may be
beneficial and constructive to me and to those who follow me.
Also, I deeply desire the help and cooperation, the assistance, the
understanding of those individuals whose wisdom, development and
experience are equal or greater than my own.
I ask their guidance and protection from any influence or any source that
might provide me with less than my stated desires.

THE MONROE INSTITUTE’S MISSION STATEMENT
To enhance worldwide cooperative efforts in furthering the exploration
of consciousness, expanded awareness, and discovery of self.
CERTIFIED LOCAL CHAPTER’S MISSION STATEMENT
To establish independent local communities that will provide
continuing support for program graduates as they integrate their
Monroe Institute experience into their daily lives and continue their
exploration of consciousness and personal growth. The Local Chapter
Network (LCN) will also provide a point of contact for others wishing to
learn more about The Monroe Institute (TMI) and its programs.

Hemi Sync programs are designed as a process - not a quick one weekend, one shot get-perfect-instantly program. Transformation cannot happen that way. Change is something that happens suddenly - an event, but it is the Transformation from that change that happens over time and takes practice, effort and support. We have been there, we got through to the other side, and we want to support you in your process with the tools we learned on our own journey of change and transformation of fulfilling and living our dreams and creating the life we want to live.
These programs and workshops are designed as group experiences - an opportunity to examine who you are, where you are now and where you are going from a perspective that you have not taken before. You will discover that indeed - YOU ARE MORE THAN YOUR PHYSICAL BODY!!

Rebecca Nagy has inspired individuals and groups across a wide variety of backgrounds and industries for over 25 years as an Inspirational Speaker, Author, Trainer and Master Meditation Teacher.
She first began using the Hemi Sync techology in the late 1970's as part of an ongoing participant of residential programs in Dallas, Texas. After the success of overcoming a crippling spinal injury using the Surgical Support Series and other Mind Food CDs, Rebecca found confirmation in her belief in the transforming power of the body/mind/spirit connection.
Integrating a multi-tiered approach with meditation, Hemi Sync and other “mind over matter” techniques, Rebecca will lead you on an engaging journey of discovery, designed to empower you – from the inside – out.
Her roster of clients includes The IRS, NACE, NSA, Microsoft, and Wachovia (nowWells Fargo).
She is the founder and Executive Director of New Directions, a member of NSA (the National Speakers Assn), a board member of NACE (the National Assn of Catering Executives), The World Future Society and The Monroe Institute.
She is a certified Pastoral Counselor, Reiki Master, and Non Denominational Minister.
